The Mad Scientist Fly

I originally designed this pattern for a friend who was going on a Tarpon trip and wanted a bulky fly with a little wiggle. He fished it successfully and I have since fished it just as fruitfully for browns, rainbows, bass, musky, pike, steelhead, stripers, bluefish, reds,  and a lonely land lock.
