Fishing Beer Review : Left Hand Brewing Company - Fade To Black
Notes From Website
That time of year when the day seems to fade away. Drifting further into the darkness with each passing day. Volume 1 – Foreign Stout – Pours black with licorice, espresso bean, molasses, and black cardamom notes that give way to a feeling of self loathing, burnt opportunities and smoked relationships.
MY THOUGHTS
This is a darker beer with decent head and pretty nice lacing. To me this beer smells really good. Its sweet and nutty with even some earth tones. I feel like this beer just plain smells like a mans beer, no offense ladies. It tastes a little dry with all of the flavors of a beer in its class. If you're a dark beer fan I would give this one a shot.
